Paradise Vacation

Thank you so much for your hospitality, we have enjoyed our vacation to the fullest. It was the perfect setting. The condo lived up to and exceeded our expectations. It’s beautiful and very well equipped with quality furnishings and everything one needs for dinner in. We loved the location as well, with easy access to many amenities and eating establishments within walking distance. We loved being steps away from the beach and enjoyed the beautiful Maui sunsets. Michael, our host, was terrific and took care of our needs completely. You certainly put the “super” in Super host!! We will most certainly book again. I will just need to think about when we could enjoy this beautiful “home away from home” again. We had a spectacular show before we left. There were 5-6 whales only approximately 300 feet off shore, truly amazing! Until we meet again!

Third Time Staying Here

This is our third time staying here, and let me just say, still fantastic! Beautiful view, the sunsets on Maui are to die for. Turtles, fish, whales, all wonderful animals we saw in the water from the fabulous lanai. We have to recommend the shave ice in Rainbow Mall and the ice cream shop across the street. Mahalo for opening up this beautiful place for us!

Wonderful Stay

Every time we come, it has been amazing, from the views to the beach to the place itself. We had a wonderful stay! The view of the beach is beautiful. We had such a great time in the ocean swimming and catching the waves. We also took the paddle board out many times which was a lot of fun! Our stay was overall amazing! Can’t wait until next time.

Amazing Place

What an amazing place! A fantastic week with the family and my 91 year old father who was over the moon all week spotting turtles from the lanai and soaking in the sun and beautiful surroundings. Your home is beautiful and well thought out, taking advantage of the prime location and having all the modern technology at your fingertips. This is our first time experiencing the “Penthouse” and it’s been extraordinary! The beautiful home has met all our family’s need, wants and desires….from enjoying the lanai’s breathtaking mornings with coffee in hand, to swimming with the turtles passing by and into the evenings of painted sunsets. Our children and grandchildren have enjoyed the boogie boards, sand toys and all the beach equipment accessories. A very special thank you to Michael for being so accessible and providing some great recommendations. We hope to return in the future, but until then we will bask in our countless amounts of memories.

Perfect Choice

Dream Home with Unbeatable Location

This property was even better than expected. Every detail has been attended to. Beautiful finishes, well stocked kitchen, water/recreation accessories provided, great communication with property manager. But the lead story here is the gorgeous beach front location – you can leave the door and be in the water in before you can load up your favorite beach tunes. Exceeded all expectations.

Awesome Vacation!

This was a wonderful place to stay! There was 8 of us and we were all very comfortable here, plenty of room and everything you would need. The beach is awesome and we saw many turtles, the lanai was a wonderful place to sit and relax. You can walk to many restaurants and shops. Michael was great to work with and also very accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Great Trip, Amazing Condo

We loved our stay at the Penthouse. The setting and views were priceless. We watched turtles swimming in the clear, shallow waters right below us from the lanai in the mornings. Then in the evenings, we watched whales fluking and spouting out in the ocean while cooking and eating dinner. We loved the expansive, sliding glass doors. The condo had absolutely everything we needed from beach equipment to kitchen gadgets. There were also a lot of cooking oils and spices stocked in the pantry, saving us from buying them. We loved having so much space to spread out and accommodate our party of nine. There are many great restaurants and shops right across the street from the condo and lots of other beautiful beaches and snorkeling spots within walking distance. The weather was beautiful and the water warm all week. Paradise!

The Penthouse Maui

The Penthouse at Maui (Kihei) was maybe one of our best family vacations!  Michael and Mary welcomed us in true Hawaii fashion, very laid back and relaxed with zero stress. The Penthouse is beautifully appointed, with every modern convenience located directly on the beach.  We couldn’t have asked for anything more.  Seeing whales breach from the Lanai was an additional bonus.  I can’t say enough about how lucky we were to have found this listing.  Located just minutes away from resorts at Wailea, we felt embraced by the Maui vibe without any of the hustle/bustle.  My family is already asking when the next planned visit to Maui will be. We will definitely stay here again on our next Maui vacation.
